Medical Doctor, Psychotherapist & Ayurvedic Practitioner

Throughout my years of experience in personal healing and healing others, I have discovered that what ultimately heals is LOVE. I have accumulated several tools for healing but what underpins all of them is the utmost respect, honesty and sincere care for the recovery of my patients at their own rhythm in their own ways with their own challenges. 

 

LOVE comes in many forms, through the re-connection to our own self-love that we once lost, to nature, to another human soul or to the divine essence of life.  If you want, I can guide you to find it. This is deep real healing which involves becoming aware of your true nature at all levels. This is the actual meaning of Ayurveda which means "Wisdom of Life".

My Story

At the age of 19 years old, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, an incurable autoimmune condition. I battled with it for many years until it later became my greatest teacher. I explored a myriad of alternative healing methods, Chinese medicine, Reiki, Homeopathy, Accupunture, various types of diets until I found Ayurveda and it all started to make sense. Ayurveda is a very logical science and it helped me understand what was happening to me at a physical and emotional level.

After a couple of years with Ayurveda, I discovered Ayahuasca (a shamanic plant medicine) and spent 3 years flying back and forward from London to Peru (my home country) to heal myself in Shamanic ceremonies of Ayahuasca and various other psychedelic plants, or "sacred plant teachers" as known by the indigenous communities. This was one of the most transformative experiences I had done in my life. I was able to go deep into my psychological patterns and completely reformatted them. I ended up leaving behind my job in banking as an Internal Auditor and went to study Medicine at Barts and The London School of Medicine. At the same time, I started my training in Ayurveda at the Ayurveda Institute UK under the guidance of my own Ayurvedic Doctor that once started me in all this journey! By this time, I was completely asymptomatic of any sign of Rheumatoid Arthritis and I set up my own Ayurvedc Practice.

 After I finished my medical training, I completely dedicated myself to building up my own practice where I integrated all the knowledge I have acquired as I continue my training as a Psychotherapist. The healing journey never ends. I continue to evolve and become more aware of blockages that I need to let go. I'm an eternal seeker of higher knowledge and continue to study, grow and explore new therapies for my own benefit and to share with humanity. This is the journey full of experiences that I now wish to share with you.
