Our values
We believe in the impact that a person can have on another human being as well as the impact that a person can have in society. We believe in the power of transformation of each individual soul. We take our values seriously as we think it is important to help others but also to respect other cultures, Nature and our Mother Earth planet in the process. Our values are inspired in the Andean Quechua principles of the Inca Culture. Dr. Vanessa Leon, of Quechua lineage from Peru, deeply believes in the importance of reconnecting with our roots and preserving traditional wisdom.
Love or Munay
We do our work out of love for others and love for life. We believe in the power of unconditional love as a source of transformation. We believe in the sacredness of developping love for ourselves, love for others and love for Mother Earth.
Wisdom or Yachay
We believe in the importance of acquiring not just intelectual knowledge but also profound wisdom. This understanding is what guide our actions so our decisions are made with as much awareness as possible.
Reciprocity or Ayni
We believe in the principle of giving back as we also receive and are against accumulation for our own benefit only. Our commitment is reflected in giving back to and honouring indigenous cultures that have preserved sacred knowledge for centuries for the benefit of humanity. We support the protection of sacred plants and traditional medical knowledge, respecting indigenous wisdom and traditions.
Service or Llankay
We believe in the importance of each individual soul finding out their true role in society and fulfill this role. When we embrace our cosmic role in our lives, we are practicing Llankay, we are serving the universe by being our true selves and doing our work to the best of our abilities.
